Remove and replace damaged/rusted gutter on the corner of Banksia Area 1 with approx. 4.5m of
Zincalume Half Round guttering – gutter to match as close as possible to existing. (PHOTO 1)
Install new dropper, downpipe and spreader to Banksia Wing Area 1, to match as close as possible
to existing. (PHOTO 2)
Install one (1) new 100mm downpipe to the left hand side of Casuarina block. (PHOTO 3)
